12 and 13 Month Old Baby Sleep Schedule

In this article, I talk about an 11 and 12 month old sleep schedule and also added a sample schedule.

By 12 – 13  months of age, your baby is consistently taking 2 naps per day.  At this age, your baby needs 1.5 -3 hours of daytime nap hours total and 11-12 hours of overnight sleep.

I don’t love sharing “sample schedules” because I feel they can set a gal up to fail when things don’t follow the schedule exactly.

In my private consultations and online classes, I teach a “flexible schedule” using awake times to guide you through the day.  However, at this age your baby is becoming much more resilient to nap timing and being late for a nap by 15 minutes doesn’t have the same dramatic effect that it would when your baby is 4-6 months of age.

Most kids are sleeping through the night 11 hours without feeding.

Share your thoughts on ’11 and 12-Month-Old Sleep Schedule’ in the comments below. I would love to hear from you.
