WELL THOUGHT OUT AND COMPLETELY USEFUL.

Our baby doesn’t cry much if at all and is going to sleep in 5-7 min in his crib for every nap and sleep! Naps are now 45 min - 2h and he’s sleeping 10-12 hours at night with only 1 feed and no crying or wake ups.
