Get the Support You Need NOW
You've done your homework, read all the things and still you find yourself unsure about how to get more sleep with less effort.
If you’re feeling anxious, concerned, confused, or most of all JUST PLAIN TIRED, then now is the time to take action to find meaningful sleep solutions that are based on parenting skills rather than a quick fix.

You should know that I'll never judge or shame you.  There is no perfection in parenting and we're all doing the best we can. This process is all about helping you get more sleep by implementing strategies and experiences I've acquired by helping hundreds of babies.  I’ll work with you through a safe, virtual platform to assess your situation and provide  assistance based on your family's needs and preferences.

Use the calendar on this page to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. On this call, I'll hear about your sleep challenges and analyze why you're in this situation. From there we'll make sure we're a good fit and talk about our goals for working together and what that would look like. My first priority is to help you succeed!

How it works

What To Expect From
Virtual Coaching

01

We'll Review Your Customized Plan

Our first session we'll develop your custom plan. We’ll kick things off with an extensive history review and create a plan based on your baby’s age, your parenting approach, and my experience working with kids in a similar situation. Every child is different and needs to be treated as the unique and special person they are! We’ll make sure that happens for you and your family.

02

I Support Your Success & Monitor Progress

We'll schedule follow up calls over the next 2 weeks and will communicate daily through Google Sheets. During this time, you can consider me your “personal app.” As you log your baby’s progress in the sheet, I’ll be reviewing the sheet 3 times per day and touching base with you regularly to answer your questions, evaluate your progress and suggest changes as necessary to  support your success and help you reach your goals quickly. Plus, we’ll touch base with a phone call after evening #2 of the plan.

03

I'll Prepare You for Your Baby's Next Sleep Stages

On our "exit" call, we will celebrate your success of reaching your sleep goals and review key resources that outline sleep recommendations for you and your family for the next 2 years. This will help you prepare for and deal with any new issues/regressions as they occur.

What our happy parents are saying:

Image of baby taking longer naps and sleeps more at night.
"As a child development specialist, I was not expecting that I’d wind up needing to seek professional help with my 7-month-old baby’s sleep. But the truth is that my husband and I were beyond exhausted. We had tried a structured sleep program I had found online, but after 3 months of that, our baby was still waking up very frequently at night and taking short naps during the day. Sarah gave us options based on our family history and our baby’s temperament and development. In addition to guiding us through sleep training, Sarah taught us about age-appropriate feeding schedules and awake times. Not only does she now settle herself beautifully for nighttime and naps (with no pacifier!), but she has become more independent during her waking hours as well. Most importantly, our baby is still as happy and securely attached as ever. If you are struggling with sleep, don’t hesitate to contact Sarah. She knows her stuff and her methods work. Now that our coaching is complete, we feel confident using the techniques Sarah taught us and are so proud of our baby – and of ourselves as parents!

"We were hesitant about sleep training our 3.5 month old, Avi, given he was so young, but we were in a really bad place and needed a solution. After working with Sarah we got incredible results! We went from having to rock our son in our arms (standing up no less!) with a pacifier and putting him in a rock and play that rocked all night long, to being able to put him in his crib and having him fall asleep on his own!

“I had to rock or feed her at every wake up! I was exhausted but not sure how to make the right change for my baby. Sarah at Helping Babies Sleep was very warm and understanding and listened to my concerns. She  knew I did not want my baby to feel abandoned or hungry at night and came up with a plan that was not only good for my baby but for everyone at home.”

"When we called Sarah we were all sleeping the night in the same bed and our 7 month old was still napping in a moving swing… None of us were sleeping very well and we were all so tired. We knew it had to change but wanted it to be a gentle transition. To our amazement it went surprisingly well and our son now sleeps through the night!! I would never have dreamed we’d be where we are today in only a few days!"
