Krista Meier is a mom of two who always aspired to be a teacher. She holds a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Teaching. Then she had a child who struggled significantly with sleep and hired Dr. Sarah. It was a life changing experience for her and changed the course of her career to focus on teaching parents how to parent confidently day and night and get more sleep. She’s been sleep consulting with Helping Babies Sleep since 2019.
Krista is passionate about seeing her boys thrive and loves to connect with other parents on their journey as well. She balances teaching, community involvement, a family business and the ups and downs of raising little kids. To that end she understands the utmost importance of a good night’s sleep and can’t wait to help more families find it tonight!
