Designed to restore structure, reinforce healthy sleep habits, and help you confidently guide your toddler through this stage of rapid growth, independence, and boundary-testing.

Here’s What’s Included:

Personalized Plan & Strategy Session

We begin with a comprehensive intake so we can understand your child’s sleep patterns, routines, temperament, and challenges.

From there, you’ll receive a fully customized sleep plan  along with a 60-minute Zoom session to walk through your strategy, answer your questions, and align on clear, realistic implementation goals.

2 Weeks of High-Touch Coaching
& Support

You won’t be left to “figure it out” after the plan is delivered.

For two full weeks, you’ll receive daily, high-touch support as you implement — with multiple check-ins throughout the day using a shared tracking system.

This allows us to monitor progress in real time, make adjustments as needed, and guide you through resistance, regressions, and wins.

Ongoing Coaching Calls &
Real-Time Guidance

During your two weeks of support, you’ll have access to:
  • Up to 4 private coaching calls (30 minutes each)
  • Real-time guidance through challenges as they arise
  • An exit call to prepare you for what’s next as your toddler continues to grow
