Hi, I'm Sarah!
Since 2013 I've privately coached thousands of parents teach their little ones to sleep.
My 8 years of studying Kinesiology and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree taught me everything about the human body from head to tiny toe.
People think of Chiropractors as cracking and manipulations but that was only a small part of my education. My coursework included obstetrics, pediatrics, child development, anatomy, physiology and nutrition.
I know why your little one's poops are green, why your child makes those funny noises in her sleep and what your brain is doing at night while you're sleeping.
When you tell me your story, I've been trained and practiced to know when to ask more questions.
I can visualize what your baby's tongue is doing when he's nursing, what your milk ducts look like from the inside and the way your baby's colon is shaped in his tummy.
I understand why your baby's gums hurt before the teeth cut through, why your toddler throws tantrums and why all humans wake in the night.
I'm a sleep consultant because it's my passion. I love and NEED sleep. I have an auto immune disease that makes me need sleep more than the average gal. I was diagnosed when my son was 9 months old when I couldn't overcome exhaustion.
I created this online class to teach you parenting skills that will empower you to teach your baby to sleep and guide you as your child ages.
This isn't a cookie cutter approach.
You won't be waking your baby to preserve a schedule or using methods you’re uncomfortable with like “cry it out”.
This is an investment into your parenting skills, baby's health and quality of life that you won’t regret.
This class is about teaching you your child’s age appropriate sleep needs, how to set your child up for success and implement a sleep training technique that works for you.
But most importantly, this class is about transforming you into the parent you know you are.
That confident, well rested loving person who has a baby who is well rested and happy.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
Get longer stretches of night time sleep
Get your baby to fall asleep independently in her crib
Transition away from frequent night feeds when you and your baby are ready
Deal with early wake ups
Get your baby to sleep in a crib instead of your bed or on you
Handle sleep regressions at any stage

**The Facebook group is a bonus to connect you with like minded parents on the same journey as you. It’s a great place to ask “my baby is doing this, is yours?” Dr. Sarah will check in on the group periodically.
The personalized phone calls are designed to get you expert advice from Dr. Sarah on your specific situation. They should be used after you watch the videos.
As a student in the class, you can always buy more phone support at a later time.
How do I feel about "Cry It Out (CIO)"?
Coming from an attachment parenting background, I don’t like to hear any babies cry! But as an experienced parent and coach, I know changes to sleep habits bring emotions and crying is your child’s way of expressing herself.
To minimize crying I’ll teach you how to set your child up for success and I’ll teach you how to comfort tears.
In addition, the entire sleep training plan is set up to be the most effective to have the least amount of crying over the least amount of days.
Unfortunately you can’t make changes without some tears, but my class aims to communicate with your baby so she understands what’s going on and have the least amount of tears.
Is A to Zzzzs the right sleep class for my family?

Naps that only happen in the swing or “on” someone
Frequent night waking and feeding (breast or bottle) back to sleep
Taking forever to fall asleep with a combination of swinging, feeding, holding, rocking etc.
Trying to figure out when your baby can “sleep through the night”
How to transition out of the family bed
Family tension from being tired and unsure how to “fix” the lack of sleep
By the end of 14 days, you’ll have:
A flexible schedule that responds to your baby’s day rather than a strict clock schedule
A baby who falls asleep in her crib with little to no help from you
A child who sleeps 11-12 hours at night (with 1 or no night feeds depending on her age and food source)
A baby who naps in her crib for over 2-3 hours a day depending on her age
An even happier well rested baby
A feeling of empowerment that you are rocking this parenting thing
More time to enjoy yourself and your spouse’s company at the end of the day
A baby who wakes up cooing in the morning
Parenting sleep skills to help you handle illness, travel and sleep regression in the toddler years
Was fighting daytime naps and dependent on a soother
Having a specific plan made me confident in what we were doing... and see the results we wanted.
Suffered for months with sleep challenges
I’m so grateful I took this course.
